RESTAURANT MANAGER

Details:

We are looking for a smart, qualified and well experienced Restaurant Manager for our newly opening shisha restaurant in SOUQ WAQIF. 

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel/ Hospitality Management / Restaurant Management.
• Proven work experience in leading all aspects of a restaurant business and will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. 
• He shall be responsible for maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals, efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. 
• Good communication skill in English & Arabic is desirable.
